1. What are PowerBells adjustable dumbbells?
PowerBells are high-quality adjustable dumbbells designed to combine multiple weights into one compact set. By simply rotating the handle, you can instantly change the resistance, making them perfect for home gym with minimal space.
2. How do they work? Why is it so fast?
Our dumbbells rest in a secure base when adjusting the weight. Just rotate the handle to your desired setting—our QuickAlte mechanism automatically locks in the correct number of plates while leaving the rest behind. Weight changes take just one second!
3. What weight range do they offer?
PowerBells come in two models:
- PowerBells 24: 2kg to 24kg - in 1.5kg increaments
- PowerBells 32 pro : 2kg to 32kg - in 2kg increaments
4. Are they safe to use?
Absolutely. Our adjustable dumbbells are rigorously tested for durability and safety. The internal mechanism only allows weight changes while the dumbbells are on the base, so they remain secure during lifts. Just ensure they’re properly locked in before training.
5. Are PowerBells as durable as traditional dumbbells?
Yes—they’re stronger than most people think. PowerBells are built with high-grade materials, including low-carbon steel plates and a reinforced alloy handle designed to handle years of consistent use.
While they’re not made for heavy slamming or dropping on concrete, with normal training care, they’ll last you for years. Like most adjustable dumbbells, a small amount of internal movement or “rattle” is normal—but PowerBells are engineered to feel more solid and stable than most competitors on the market.
6. Can I use them for all types of exercises?
Yes! PowerBells are ideal for full-body training—bicep curls, shoulder presses, lunges, squats, chest flies, and more. They offer a solid, low-rattle feel, high-quality plates, and much more!
7. How much space do they save?
A single set of PowerBells 32 replaces 16 pairs of traditional dumbbells—saving metres of wall space in your home gym. They’re perfect for apartments, garages, or anywhere you want a clean, minimal setup.
8. Are they sold as pairs or singles?
Most of our dumbbells are sold as pairs, but please check the product description for the specific model you're viewing.
9. Do I need tools to adjust the weight?
Not at all. PowerBells feature a built-in adjustment mechanism—no pins, plates, or tools required. Just twist and lift.
10. How do I care for and maintain them?
PowerBells are built tough. Just avoid slamming or dropping them, and they’ll require little to no maintenance. A quick wipe-down once a month is all you need to keep them looking sharp.
